YEAR 11 EXAM STRESS AND PANIC WORKSHOP
1. Thursday 24 May 3.30 – 4.15pm or 4.14 – 5.00pm
These sessions are for small groups of students to do some work on techniques of coping with exam stress and revision, and also looking at ways to eliminate panic and stop attacks in their tracks.
Students interested should see Miss Greaves or Mrs Stephen beforehand.
